The American Indian Science & Engineering Society (AISES) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of Native Americans and Alaskan Natives in the science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields. While the organization is non-profit, its magazine program, Winds of Change, is a for-profit entity that has run as a traditional magazine program for more than 20 years. The Pohly Company redesigned and significantly revamped the entire business strategy for the magazine across multiple channels and has significantly increased the profits of the publication during the last two years.

Winds of Change Media includes not only the marquee 5x per year magazine, but opportunities to reach AISES members through web advertising, conference visibility and a digital enewsletter program. Marketing support includes an annual media kit, special advertorial promotions throughout the year, and weekly email blasts to prospects. The Pohly Company manages all aspects of sales generation and has steadily increased both sales and profits over the last two years. Advertisers include some of the largest brands hiring in STEM fields in the world, including Chevron, Toyota, and the U.S. Navy.
