Diana Pohly

Diana Pohly’s 25 years of marketing experience helped her turn a fledgling custom publishing company into a diverse marketing and publishing services firm that specializes in creating custom content programs for a roster of world-class clients. Her company’s mission is to provide custom content and customer engagement programs that build long-term customer value. Programs created for Pohly’s clients are delivered through content creation, content marketing, and content monetization.

The Pohly Company was created when Diana purchased Cadmus Custom Publishing (CCP) in 1999 from Cadmus Communications Corporation, having served as President of CCP for the previous two years. Her client portfolio includes both big brands and large associations, including Continental Airlines, Orbitz, Coca-Cola, Fidelity Investments, Western Union, the DMA, and the Association of National Advertisers. Prior to her work in custom publishing, Diana honed her marketing skills for 15 years as an advertising executive at Boston-area ad agencies.

She is a founding member, past co-chair, and past board member of the Custom Content Council (CCC). In 2010, Diana was honored with the John Caldwell Lifetime Achievement award from the CCC for her extensive contributions to the custom content industry. Considered an expert on customer communications, Diana has been quoted in publications including the Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, Folio, and AdWeek, and has appeared on CNNfn and CBS’s The Early Show. Fortune Small Business, in conjunction with Winning Workplaces, named Pohly one of America’s “Best Bosses” in recognition of her leadership skills. The Pohly Company is consistently recognized as one of the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts.
