Client Objectives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the Arthritis Foundation’s suite of educational brochures distributed in physicians’ offices
- Identify trusted sources of information for medical/health issues relied on by arthritis patients
- Discover current awareness and perceptions of the Arthritis Foundation
Execution
- Developed and conducted a qualitative research study consisting of one-on-one interviews with participants across four audience segments in diverse geographic areas
- Solicited feedback about the collateral design and layout, assessed the comprehensiveness and clarity of the content, and gauged awareness of the Foundation among participants
Results
- Translated research findings into actionable recommendations for improving the effectiveness of educational materials
