Paula oversees The Pohly Company’s finance, operations, and print production teams. With direct involvement in the daily accounting activities as well as budgeting, forecasting, and cash management, she ensures compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Paula has over 18 years of diverse accounting experience and a solid track record in finance and organizational leadership, with expertise in accounting and financial analysis. Prior to joining The Pohly Company, Paula was the director of finance at the family website BabyZone.com and held accounting management roles at Aperian Global and the American Heart Association.
