BOSTON, June 29, 2005 Boston-based customer communications company The Pohly Company announced today that the Massachusetts Office of Travel & Tourism (MOTT) has selected Pohly to develop the state’s annual tourism publication, the Massachusetts Getaway Guide.
The Pohly Company was awarded the contract, which is renewable for up to three years, following a competitive bid process. “We value the seven-year relationship we have cultivated with the Massachusetts Office of Travel & Tourism, and we look forward to continuing to build on the momentum of the Massachusetts Getaway Guide,” commented Diana Pohly, president of The Pohly Company.
Designed to attract tourists to Massachusetts, the Getaway Guide is distributed to more than 750,000 active travelers a year. The 160-plus-page Guide captures readers with articles and departments that explore the history, culture, and diverse attractions that make the Bay State a favorite travel destination.
