Donna’s passion for building corporate cultures that focus on employee engagement has spanned her entire 25-year career in the field of human resources. Much of her experience has been in service industries, including finance, technology, and publishing. Donna is responsible for creating The Pohly Company’s human resources strategic plan, and implementing employee services that help the company hire, develop, reward, and retain top talent in order to drive superior business results for our clients. Prior to joining The Pohly Company, Donna was the Vice President of Human Resources at CTC Communications, Berkshire Mortgage Finance, and Harcourt, Inc. Earlier in her career, she held positions in employee relations, HR operations, training, and recruiting at Sodexho, USA.
